Slow: Time Since Last Count
Counts are only valid if the time since the last count is greater than the previous count's time since the last count.
Meaning, time between counts will get slower... forever!
If there's an outage (besides the 54 incident), you're probably out of luck!
Make sure to keep Daylight Saving Time in mind!
